Our story
Built by brokers who close.
Andros Sarduy and Giovanni Vasquez founded Synergy Realty Advisors in 2020 after almost a decade of closing industrial and commercial deals across South Florida. Before Synergy, both were successful agents in their own right.
We started Synergy during COVID, and since then our team has closed deals across every asset class: concrete plants and precast operations, warehouses and outdoor storage yards, apartment buildings, shopping centers, office buildings and development land.
Today, Synergy is at the forefront of AI-assisted technology in commercial real estate. Using the latest tools has let us grow our team and close deals all over Florida, from the Keys to North Florida.
